Today’s world, where more than half of the population is mechanized, where we follow the rules set by the society, completing every cycle of nonsense with great precision. But the truth is, Life doesn’t really matter much if we run or live in vain.The big goals that we set before us or so called great opportunities fails to bring smile at our faces.But if seen closely , little moments make everything and those are the places where we should find peace in life.
A little ‘hi’, a sweet taste of candy, a sip of coffee, sharing your headphones or just a touch of your known ones; these things many a times doesn’t make sense but if you pay attention those small things can bring smile .
Looking around we can see a lot happening but if we are able to see the details , it can explain the beauty in simple incidents. Sometimes a small sorry or a little conversation can make you feel ,‘after all mistakes happen’.We always wish the situation to be perfect to start a conversation , but it happens rarely. Even if its late to share your gratitude to that person whom you had wished to treat you better saying that ‘You had made me stronger’ can make you feel lot stronger.
We all run after the big moments, our big achievements and forget that the moment is now. May be we forget to see that in a way ,good or bad ,we are in the perfect situation in life, whatever it may be . We forget to say thank you to the creator for the beautiful moments and also forget to think that ‘this moment will pass just like others’ when times become tough. Instead we just hurt ourselves thinking about the next thing or the thing that lies in past.
So the next time you feel too much caught up in the future or feel spending time in the far past , make yourself calm. Sit down, take a breath and see what is happening around. You will find things are happening in their own simple way. It can be a passer by, an image on the wall, a good song from the album you like ,or maybe just listening to your breath. You will get calm when u feel the elements of the big ciaos . So when you are calm thank yourself and smile for yourself ,because whatever you are,it is because you have survived against every bad that had happened against you till now.
See It proves that you have fought well and that’s why you have survived through each day of your life till now. Don’t see the mistakes as a fault in life, take them as lessons and promise yourself to do better.Once you have that, you need to make yourself remember that because whoever you are, if you are breathing , you are a fighter ,a survivor who can do anything. Moments will be there good or bad, it just depends on you to focus and see what matters. If you feel the past is going to haunt you, it will. Similarly if you get scared about future, it will be like that always.
While you are calm try to see things that are happening . The best thing is think about the possibilities at your current position with what all you got. See what you can do now, and while you focus see the ‘Things or work’ that can be done to make things right NOW. Focus on all positives ,it will make you strong when negatives come. See your short comings and try to work round them, but mainly focus on your strengths.
So now that you know the peace is within you ,stand up and get ready to work, try and try again and push harder.
But before doing all that be calm and thank yourself for what ever you are, cos you are survivor who has survived till now fighting all the small fights.
